注释
澤上有地，臨之安常。飽食從容——飽食之後從容不迫；出門上堂——步出門外，登上廳堂。不失其常——不失日常之規律；家無凶殃——家中無災無禍。安寧出於刻意——飲食有節，舉止從容，恪守常規。從臨至渙（風行水上），湖澤之凝聚本應被風吹散。然此家以純粹之規律抵禦離散之力：飲食、行走、維持秩序之日常禮儀將渙散擋在門外。風行水上生波瀾，然有紀律之生活吸收動盪而不失其中心。
