風行地上，觀天下之安泰。逐禍除患，道德之光如神仙般普照四方。遏惡於萬里之外，常享安樂而無虞。詩呈道德治理之至境：其護佑之力超乎尋常，非兵戈之功而是德化之效。上天下澤，履之象：辯上下以定民志。從觀至履，觀照之明轉化為倫理之行：觀之正則行之正，行道德之路者非以力驅惡，乃以正行之光明令邪不敢近。
