風行地上，觀自然秩序倒錯而亂象蔓延。梅李冬實——冬日結果，反常之兆——國多盜賊。亂擾並作，王不能制。果實反季而生，示天時已壞，映射社會之崩潰。山上有火，旅之象，行旅於險地須明慎。從觀至旅，觀者發現此地已不可安居：節令失常、盜賊橫行，靜止不再可行。觀者須成行旅，審慎穿行於自然與治理皆不可信之世。
