電雷噬嗑，先王明罰勅法。然此詩寫法度敗壞：葛藟蒙棘，華不得實——寄生之藤攀附荊棘，有花無果。讒佞亂政，使忠壅塞。葛藟之象近《詩經》，喻依附他人而活者。華而不實即空許無成。從噬嗑至坎（水洊至），重重險陷。朝政腐敗造成無出路之陷阱——越求忠直越陷越深。明罰之卦化為重坎之險，因執法者本身已被讒佞所蒙。
