注释
電雷噬嗑，刑罰之威。此詩轉為醫療防護之象：注膏澤以潤養，扞衛百毒不侵。防以江南——大江為天然屏障，虺蛇不能螫害。意象根植漢代藥學思維：膏澤兼具療治與防護之功。從噬嗑至蒙（山下出泉），懲罰之力化為涵養之功。蒙卦以泉水出山為象，正如此詩以膏澤潤萬物、以江河阻百毒——不以暴力驅害，而以柔和之力滋養化解。
