電雷噬嗑，明罰之卦。瓊英朱草——玉花朱草，聖世之瑞。仁政得道——仁政既行，道已通達。鳧鷖在渚——水鳥棲於洲渚。福祿來下——福祿自天而降。瓊英朱草為古代聖治之祥瑞，唯德澤遍滿方現。從噬嗑至中孚（澤上有風），風行澤上，信義感通。最嚴之法度化為最柔之誠信：正義既已內化於心，其外在之象非牢獄刑罰，而是花開鳥棲、天下太平。
