Calmly leaving blame behind, avoiding trouble early. Hunting and catching three foxes; taking cowries as treasure. Where the noble man abides, there is peace without peril.

注释
山附於地為剝，天下有風為姤。釋然遠咎——釋去災禍，使咎遠離。辟患害早——及早避禍。田獲三狐，以貝為寶——獵獲三狐，以貝為寶。君子所在，安寧不殆——君子之居，安寧無危。詩為一連串審慎之舉：遠禍、早避、獵狐、得寶。狐為狡詐之象，三狐皆獲則詭計盡除。從剝至姤，山之剝蝕使地面開敞，風得以自下滲入。姤卦警示陰之初生須即刻辨識。此詩中君子恰能於姤之際識破威脅，捕狐於先、安居於後。
