注释
雷在地中，襦燒袴燔——短衣被焚，褲亦起火。臝剝飢寒——赤身裸露，飢寒交迫。病瘧凍孿——瘧疾纏身，寒凍抽搐。詩極簡而酷烈：火焚、裸露、病痛三重打擊一氣呵成，不留喘息之隙。從復至益，風雷相助，見善則遷，有過則改。此變形成尖銳對比：詩中唯見毀滅，益卦許以增進。其意在於：縱自赤貧之底，更新猶有可能——唯須徹底直視己之過失而改弦更張。損極而益，否極泰來。
