雷在地中，京庾積倉，黍稷以興——京師之倉庫穀積如山，五穀豐登。已極行疾，至以饜飽——積蓄既備，急速調運，至則眾皆飽足。此為國家充裕之象：或軍糧供應充足，或賑濟及時惠民。從復至師，地中有水，容民畜眾。蓄積之豐轉為組織之力——復歸之陽非僅潛能，乃集體動員之根基。穀物化為國力之筋骨，倉廩實而兵民安。
