地中有水，師之象。淵泉隄防，水道通利——深泉築堤，水路暢通無阻。順注湖海，邦國富有——水順流入湖海，國家因之富足。既是水利之實景，亦是政治之隱喻：治水如治國，疏導得法則萬民受惠。大禹治水之遺意猶在——順水之性而導之，非逆之而堵。從師至復（雷在地中），一陽復始。軍旅之資源經妥善疏導，恰如冬至一陽初動——潛藏之能量循正道而行，帶來復興與豐饒。
