注释
天在山中，大畜蓄才之象。原辭曰：「范子妙材，戮辱傷膚。然後相國，封為應侯。」范雎（范子），魏人，才華卓絕。遭魏相魏齊誣陷，被笞辱至體無完膚，裹席投入茅廁。後化名張祿入秦，以遠交近攻之策為秦昭王所重，拜為丞相，封應侯。從大畜至剝（山附於地），山中之天被層層剝落。剝者，陰剝陽也。范雎之遭遇正合剝象——名譽、肉體、尊嚴皆被剝盡，然才華之核不可毀。剝極必復，至暗處即轉機之始。
