Nine in the third place means. A good horse that follows others. Awareness of danger, With perseverance, furthers. Practice chariot driving and armed defense daily. It furthers one to have somewhere to go.
第四爻
六四 童牛之牿。元吉。
Six in the fourth place means: The headboard of a young bull. Great good fortune.

焦氏易林
符左契右，相與虐亂。乾坤利貞，幸生六子。長大成就，颯然如母。不利為咎。
Tally left, contract right; together they bring tumult and disorder. Yet Qian and Kun stand firm in constancy; fortunately bearing six children. Grown tall and accomplished, vigorous as their mother. Not favorable for blame.

注释
天在山中，大畜蓄積之象。符左契右——左符右契相合。相與虐亂——然匹配者反相虐亂。乾坤利貞，幸生六子——此即《說卦傳》乾坤生六子之說：震、坎、艮、巽、離、兌為乾坤所生。長大成就，颯然如母——六子長成，英姿如母。不利為咎。從大畜至未濟（火在水上），蓄積之力面對尚未完成之局。未濟者，慎辨物居方。符契相合而人心不合，六子雖生而天下未定。蓄積既成，秩序未成，此未濟之本義也。
