山下有雷化為雲上於天,頤養轉為需之等待。詩分兩截:先則履危無患,跳脫獨全,險中求存。繼而不利出門,傷我左踝——踝為行步之基,傷則寸步難行。疾病不食,鬼哭其室,養生之道全然崩壞。從頤至需,養之失當反成毒害:當守而出,當食而廢,招致身傷與邪祟。需卦之義在於知所等待,而此詩恰示不知待時之禍。
