明兩作離，火入雷出地奮之豫。五岳四瀆，合潤為德——五嶽聳立、四瀆奔流，山川會合之潤澤化為天下之德，此即聖王治世之象。行不失理，民賴恩福——施政合乎天理，百姓仰賴其恩澤而享福。五嶽四瀆為帝國之神聖地理骨架，其和諧運作即天下太平之根基。從離至豫，雷出地奮，先王以作樂崇德：火之光明化為鼓舞人心之能量，非灼人而是暖人、振人。山川合德如明君施政，潤物無聲而人自歸，民心歡悅乃豫之正象。
