Nine in the fifth place means: The influence shows itself in the back of the neck. No remorse.

啞啞笑喜，相與飲酒。長樂行觴，千秋起舞，拜受大福。
Babbling laughter and delight; drinking wine together. In the Hall of Lasting Joy, passing the cup; dancing through a thousand autumns. Bowing, they receive great blessings.

注释
山上有澤，感通化為歡樂。啞啞笑喜——笑聲朗朗。相與飲酒——眾人共飲。長樂行觴——於長樂宮中傳杯。千秋起舞——祝壽之舞，千秋萬歲。拜受大福——跪拜領福。漢代長樂宮為太后所居，此處以宮名喻永久之樂。從咸至剝（山附於地），感應之歡化為剝落之象。盛宴之上，山基已鬆。剝之道在於厚下安宅——歡樂至極處須知根基。千秋之壽語雖美，然山附於地之象提醒：狂歡之頂即剝蝕之始。
