五勝相賊，火得水息，精光消滅，絕不長續。
The five phases overcome each other; fire meets water and is quenched. Its vital radiance is extinguished; cut off, it shall not continue.

注释
雷風恆，生生之象。五勝相賊——五行相剋相害。火得水息——火遇水而滅。精光消滅——精華光芒俱滅。絕不長續——斷絕而不能持續。恆者持久不斷，然五行相剋之理正示天下無恆久不變之物。水克火，乃自然之定律，非人力可違。從恆至損（山下有澤），損者減也，山高而澤下，以下損益上。然此詩之損非有節之損，乃絕滅之損——火被水徹底撲滅，光明不存。恆之極遇克之極，持久之信念碰上不可抗之定律，方知恆亦有盡。
