明出地上,晉之象。「八才既登」——八位賢才已登朝。「八才」或指舜帝時「八元八愷」之賢臣,十六人共理天下。「以成善功」——成就善政。「厖降庭堅」——厖(龐)降臨朝廷,剛正不阿。「國无憂凶」——國無憂患凶災。從晉至井(木上有水),井為不遷而養萬民之卦。如舜之群臣構成善治之基礎設施,井水不動而惠及全城。國家繁榮在於制度根基深穩,不因人事更迭而動搖。
