山上有水，蹇道顛躓。雖躓復起，不毀牙齒——雖跌倒而復起，牙齒完好，根本無損。克免平復，憂除無疾——漸復如初，憂慮消散，疾病不侵。此頌行於險路而跌倒復起者之韌性。齒為元氣之根本，齒存則本體無恙。從蹇至遯，天下有山，遠小人不惡而嚴。跌而復起正合遯之智慧：非征服險阻，而是以退為進、以忍為守。接受跌倒而非硬撐，反而保全了最要緊的東西。
