焦氏易林
操耜鄉畝，折貨稷黍。飲食充口，安利無咎。
Taking plow to face the furrows; harvesting millet and grain. Food and drink fill the mouth; at peace and profitable, without fault.

注释
山下出泉，蒙之象也。操耜向畝，折取稷黍之穫，飲食充口，安然無咎。此為農耕知足之小頌——無遠志，無大憂，唯守田畝之業。從蒙至否，天地不交：否為閉塞之象，然此處反見安樂。蓋否之時，上下不通，大道不行；然農人自耕自食，不依朝堂之恩，不受政局之累。蒙昧者若能安於本分，握耜耕田而不妄求，則否塞之世亦可自全。「儉德辟難」之義，正在於此。
