山下出泉，蒙之象也。折鋒載殳——刃折入鞘，殳載於車。輿馬放休，獵軍依營，天下安寧。所有意象皆指有序之止戰：非突然棄甲，乃從容罷兵。從蒙至恆，雷風相與：恆者，立不易方，持之以恆。蒙昧者初悟：真正之穩定不在於永遠備戰，而在於決然止戈之後的堅守。恆之持久非以劍維繫，乃以不拔劍之決心維繫。雷風長久互應，正如和平需要持續的意志而非武力。
