注释
澤上於天，退為天下有山之遯。樹表為壇，相與期言——剝樹為壇，莊嚴相約。午中不會——約定正午，對方未至。寵名棄廢——所信之名聲化為泡影。壇樹立為盟約之證，盟約卻被辜負，等候者唯餘錯信之恥。從夬至遯，果決之交鋒化為策略性之撤退。天下有山，君子遠小人，不惡而嚴。此詩示人：有時唯一之決斷，是認清約定永不會被履行。
