地中生木，升之象。據斗運樞，高步六虛——手執北斗、轉動天樞，凌駕於六合之上，步履高遠。權既在手，寰宇可驅——權柄已握，天下盡在掌控之中，萬方可治。國大無憂，與樂並居——國家強大無憂，與歡樂同居。此為君權登峰造極之歌。澤上有地為臨（君子以教思無窮、容保民無疆），以德臨民之象。從升至臨，積小高大之升終達臨天下之位——自地中之木至握天之樞，升之極致在於以德臨民而非以力凌人，方能無憂而與樂並居。
