注释
木上有水，井賴根基汲養。然本根不固，華葉落去，更為孤嫗——根基既壞則枝葉凋零，最終只餘一孤苦老嫗之象。此植物意象甚為精確：樹根若不能及水脈，則由冠頂開始枯萎，華美之葉先落，繁花先謝，最後僅餘枯幹——恰如家族根基崩壞而子孫凋零。從井至泰（天地交），泰為上下交通、萬物亨通之象。然此處井養不達根本，泰之交泰無從實現：天地欲交而根已朽，無基礎則最吉之格局亦歸於荒蕪。本固則枝榮，本枯則一切隨之傾頹。
