Lord Peng works his evil; the violent dragon brings disaster. Stealing the robes of Yao, gathering bandits like Zhi under arms. The blue-green bird illuminates the night; in three days, the Yi are destroyed.

注释
澤中有火，革之象也。彭君為妖，暴龍作災。盜堯衣裳，聚跖荷兵。青禽照夜，三日夷亡。澤滅木，大過之象也。彭生為齊襄公所使弒魯桓公，復被殺以滅口。據《左傳》，其鬼化為野豬現於獵場，齊襄公驚墮車而死。詩疊加篡奪之象：竊聖王堯之衣裳以掩蓋盜跖之本質，青禽夜照為不祥之兆，三日之內滅亡。從革至大過，革命被妖魔劫持，借聖王之名行盜賊之實，棟樑不堪其重而折斷。
