注释
澤中有火，革之象也。吾有八人，信允篤誠，為堯所舉。風自火出，家人之象也。此引上古傳說中堯帝所舉之「八元」——忠信篤誠之賢臣八人，或與「八愷」合稱十六賢。堯選人惟以德，不以親疏遠近，故天下大治。從革至家人，變革之後以信義篤實之人重建秩序，如家人之正。風自火出——家中之溫暖化為外在之教化，關鍵在於所用之人皆以誠信為本，非以黨派為據。
