雲上於天，需之象，待時而養。火滅復息，亂後重歸清明，君主昭其德行，仁者自來相遇。「仁人可遇，身受利福」——非刻意追求，乃時機成熟後之自然遇合。從需至乾（天行健），等待之蓄養化為自強不息之剛健動力：久候之後，天道自行運轉，守德者不求福而福自至，此即乾元亨利貞之生生不已。
