山上有木為漸，風行地上為觀。春鴻飛東，以馬貿金，利得十倍，重載歸鄉。鴻雁為漸卦之象徵鳥，此處標示行動之時節。春日東行，以畜易金，十倍獲利。從漸至觀（省方觀民設教），山上之風化為行地之風，視野從一山擴至四方。觀之象為先王巡狩觀察民情，商人之十倍利即耐心觀察市場之回報。漸之功在日積月累之學習，觀之德在高處俯瞰之明見，二者相契：以漸養觀，以觀成利。
