天與水違行，訟。然星辰運行自有其序。奎、軫二宿行經溫湯之氣，歷角、宿、房等天區——此為二十八宿之天文推移，映照四時之循環往復。宣時布和，則無所不通，天道之節候既明，萬物各得其序。從訟至蒙，山下出泉，啟蒙之象。天道之序若能正確觀測而順應之，迷惑自然消散。如觀星者依天象而行事，合蒙卦之旨：果行育德，不強為而以理導之，道路自開。順天之文以化人之蒙，此即由訟入蒙之義。
