澤上有水，節以善導資源。宣髮龍叔——或指周初佐政之臣——為王主國，安土成稷，天下蒙福。此為能臣良相之頌：以己為天命與民生之橋，引泉潤野，化政為恩。從節至井（木上有水），意象至此完美。井養不窮，水升於木——不動而養一方，維護得當則取之不竭。節之調控化為井之恆供：善治如深井，汲者皆得其養。勞民勸相之井，始於節之制數度。
