Six in the third place means: He finds a comrade. Now he beats the drum, now he stops. Now he sobs, now he sings.

九五 有孚攣如。无咎。
Nine in the fifth place means: He possesses truth, which links together. No blame.

白鵠遊望，君子以寧。履德不愆，福祿來成。
The white swan wanders and gazes; the gentleman finds peace. Treading virtue without fault; blessing and fortune come to completion.

澤上有風，中孚之信。白鵠遊望——白天鵝悠然遠眺；君子以寧——君子得其安寧。履德不愆——踐行德行而無偏差；福祿來成——福與祿自然圓成。白鵠為清高遠見之象，從容之飛姿即操行無瑕者之氣度。從中孚至旅（山上有火），誠信遇旅人之火。旅為客居異鄉之險，然此詩允諾旅途中之安全：德行不失，則漂泊亦成莊嚴之旅。福祿在路上迎候德行端正之行者。
