山上有雷，小過之怒。攘臂反肘——揮臂反肘，暴怒之姿勢。怒不可二——此怒不可分、不可減，獨佔全場。佷戾腹心——心中滿懷殘忍乖戾。无以為市——市場不能運作，民間交易斷絕。暴怒使一切合作瓦解：君主之怒不可控制，則商貿——社會合作之底線——亦隨之崩潰。從小過至觀（風行地上），山上之雷化為風行地上之觀。從盲目之暴怒轉為俯瞰全局之觀照：觀提供怒所閉塞之視野，見全局而非僅見觸怒之端。
