山上有雷，小過之狂。六疾生狂——六種疾患引發狂亂，或指六淫之邪，或指政治之六種積弊。癡走妄行——瘋狂奔走，行為妄誕。北入患門——向北闖入禍患之門。北方在傳統宇宙觀中為幽暗之方，屬水屬險。與禍為鄰——與災禍比鄰而居。從小過至夬（澤上於天），山上之雷化為澤升天上之夬。夬主決斷——一舉掃除腐敗。然此詩寫方向錯誤之決斷：狂者非決去邪惡，乃衝入災禍之門，誤認毀滅之途為解脫之路。突破而入歧途，決斷反成自戕。
