六五 密雲不雨。自我西郊。公弋取彼在穴。

騷騷擾擾，不安其類。疾在頸項，凶危為憂。
Agitation upon agitation, no peace among its kind; illness lodged in neck and throat; peril and danger bring sorrow.

注释
山上有雷，小過之亂。騷騷擾擾——一切紛亂不安。不安其類——各不安於其位。疾在頸項——疾病攻擊頸項，咽喉之要害。凶危為憂——凶險四伏，令人深憂。頸項為人體之咽喉要道——呼吸與進食皆賴之。此詩將社會之騷亂與身體之痼疾合一——身與國同受窒塞之苦。從小過至困（澤無水），山上之雷化為澤無水之困——枯竭、資源耗盡、無處汲取。不能吞嚥之喉與不能出水之井互為鏡像：系統在最關鍵之樞紐處堵塞。
