注释
山上有雷，小過之散。雜目懼怒——眼神雜亂，恐懼與憤怒交織。不安其居——無人安於其所。散渙府藏——府庫財物散失殆盡。无有利得——再無可獲之利。此詩寫制度性失血：主事者目光慌亂，百姓不能安居，國庫四散流失。非外敵入侵，乃內部瓦解——中樞因失定力而不能維繫。從小過至中孚（澤上有風），雷化為風在澤上之中孚。中孚主中心之誠。此詩示中孚之缺席：本應沉著之中心唯見驚惶，內在無定則外在資產自然蒸發。
