水在火上，既濟之序，衣冠齊備而行。冠帶南遊——正衣冠而南行，士人冠帶整肅示其備而將用。與福喜期——與福祉有約，吉運已在途中相候。徼於嘉國——至善美之邦，得遇良地。拜為逢時——受拜謁之禮，恰逢其時，非早非晚。從既濟至蠱（山下有風），完成之序化為山下風動之蠱——振民育德，革故鼎新。既濟之人不安於已成之業，而南行赴任，以其才德施於需要革新之處。時至而動，恰逢其時——此即既濟者知時而行之智。
