水在火上，既濟之安，各得其所。烏子鵲雛——幼鴉與鵲雛。常與母俱——時刻伴隨母鳥左右。顧類群族——照看同類群伴，守望相助。不離其巢——從不遠離窩巢，安然棲止。純然天倫之景，幼者不離去，非因禁錮，乃因巢中之溫足以繫之。母之在即為最柔之繫絆。從既濟至小畜（風行天上），完成之序化為清風行天之和緩節制。小畜以懿文德——不以力約束，而以文德與親情凝聚。母鳥之在即為最柔之畜養，雛鳥自然不散，此即小畜之道。
