焦氏易林
被珠衘玉，沐浴仁德。應聘唐國，四門穆穆。蟊賊不作，凶惡伏匿。
Adorned with pearls, holding jade; bathed in benevolence and virtue. Answering the summons to the Tang kingdom; the four gates stand in solemn reverence. Pests do not arise; what is vile and wicked lies hidden.

注释
火在水上，未濟之序。被珠衘玉——飾珠含玉，賢使之禮服。沐浴仁德——沉浸於仁德之中。應聘唐國——受聘赴唐國（或指堯之都城唐）。四門穆穆——四方之門肅穆莊嚴——出《尚書·堯典》「闢四門」之象。蟊賊不作——害蟲不生。凶惡伏匿——邪惡隱遁。從未濟至離（明兩作），火水化為重火之明。大人以繼明照於四方——使者之德與朝廷之輝交映，雙明並照，幽暗無所遁形。仁德昭著則蟊賊自伏，此為離之至義。
