地中有水，師之象。左輔右弼，金玉滿匱——左有輔佐，右有弼臣，金玉充盈櫃匣。常盈不亡，富如廒倉——常滿不竭，富如糧倉。制度性繁榮之頂峰：賢臣左右，資源豐沛且持續補充。「左輔右弼」為朝廷齊備之典式。從師至歸妹（澤上有雷），雷動澤上，婚嫁之象。軍旅之財富與謀略如嫁入豪門之充實嫁妝——雙方各有實力，聯姻方能成功。
