注释
地上有水，比也。然狼虎爭強——強權相爭如狼虎搏鬥。禮義不行——禮樂崩壞，義理廢弛。兼吞其國——大國兼併小國。齊晉無主——齊晉失其正統之君。詩括春秋晚期之亂局：周禮秩序瓦解，強國吞食鄰邦。從比至艮（兼山艮），反差鮮明——艮之雙山主知止守位、節制野心。然詩所示恰為其反面——肆無忌憚之侵吞，疆界盡毀。艮所要求之靜止——適可而止之紀律——正是此亂世所喪失者。
