注释

天地九重,堯舜履中——天地九層,聖王居中而行。正冠垂裳,宇宙平康——端正衣冠,天下太平。此為聖治之極致:堯舜但正衣冠、居中道,天下自治。「正冠垂裳」呼應儒家無為而治之理——以德化天下。從大有至坎(水洊至),天火入重險之水。然詩中卻是至寧之景。其關鍵在坎卦象辭:「君子以常德行,習教事」——唯內修恆常者方能從容涉險。堯舜之所以行於九重而安,非因無險,而因德行不渝。
