地中有山，仰觀天極。據斗運樞——手握北斗，運轉天樞，掌宇宙之機軸。順天無憂，與天並居——順應天道則無憂患，與天同在。北斗之柄在漢代宇宙論中為天之時鐘，斗轉而四時定。從謙至觀（風行地上），先王省方觀民設教。此詩達觀卦之最高境界：與天機合一之治者不出於私意而出於天道之順應。謙之地中山化為天旋之穩軸，得此軸者與天同居，何憂之有？觀之道在此：非向外張望，乃從天樞之高處俯觀萬象。
