注释
地中有山，靜中忽起獵場。狡兔趯趯——狡兔跳躍。良犬逐咋——良犬追咬。雄雉受害——雄雉遭殃。為鷹所獲——被鷹捕獲。自然界之食物鏈赤裸呈現：每一生物既是獵手亦是獵物。從謙至益（風雷交作），見善則遷有過則改。然此詩揭示益之複雜面：鷹之益即雉之損。狩獵表明自然之「增益」以競逐為動力。謙者洞悉此理可善自定位而不淪為獵物。益之道非被動等待恩賜，而在於識勢而動。
