地勢坤，厚德載物。五軛四軌，復得饒有——五副車軛、四條車轍，收穫豐饒。陳力就列，騶虞悅喜——各展其才，各就其位，騶虞為之歡欣。騶虞出《詩經·召南·騶虞》，為仁獸，不履生草，不食生物，聖世乃現。五軛四軌寫農事有序，陳力就列寫人各得其所。從坤至小畜（風行天上），大地之豐產被風柔和地引導。小畜者，以懿文德畜養剛健之力。騶虞之現證明治理得法：地之所出為風之所化，坤德既厚而文德懿美，則瑞獸欣然而至。
