注释
山附於地為剝，雲上於天為需。上下皆邪，正道不行，忠直之夫被疏離。歡心隔塞，君子離居——此為朝政腐敗、上下皆曲之世。「邪」字重出，強調道德扭曲之普遍，致志同者不能相聚。從剝至需，崩壞之局化為懸而未決之等待：雲在天上而雨未降，險已在前而未至。君子之離居即是一種等待——不可躁進，須以飲食宴樂之心安處當下，待天時之轉變。需者，須也，信而有光。
