天下有山，遯之象。福德之士，歡悅日喜——有福德之人日日歡喜。夷吾相國——管仲為國相。三歸為臣——受三歸厚賞而為臣。賞流子孫——恩賞流及子孫。管仲出身貧寒，後為齊桓公拜相，輔桓公九合諸侯一匡天下。「三歸」為桓公所賜超越臣禮之殊恩。從遯至革（澤中有火），退避之山化為革新之火。管仲之故事為退而後革之典範：自挫折退出，再以全新格局回歸，改變一個時代之政治秩序。
