Six in the second place means: Progressing, but in sorrow. Perseverance brings good fortune. Then one obtains great happiness from one's ancestress.

仁愛篤厚，不以所忿，害其所子，從我舊都，日益富有。

注释
明出地上，晉之象。「仁愛篤厚」——仁心深厚。「不以所忿，害其所子」——不以一己之憤怒傷害自己的孩子。「從我舊都，日益富有」——回歸故都，日漸富裕。此詩寫寬厚之道：不將怨恨波及子女，回歸根本而漸次復興。從晉至損（山下有澤），損為自上減以益下之卦。真正的損非失去，乃重新分配：父克制怒氣而家得富足。舍怨而得安，減忿而益福。舊都之興，正因其主選擇了減損怒火而非增加紛爭。
