風雷益，本有增長之勢。隨時逐便，不失利門——善觀時勢者趁機而動，從不錯失獲利之機。多獲得福，富於封君。此乃識時務之俊傑，因勢利導而致富。從益至訟（天與水違行），天水相逆本生爭訟，然善謀者反於衝突之中獲利。正因對立產生摩擦，精明者方能於紛擾中找到利門。君子以作事謀始，謀定而後動者不懼紛爭。
