風雷益，變為小過（山上有雷）。月削日衰，工女下機——月漸虧而日衰微，織女離機而去。宇宙滅明，不見三光——天地失其光明，日月星三光不可見。每一意象皆言衰減：月虧、織女停工、天暗。三光為宇宙秩序之根本標誌，其消失非僅不幸，乃本體之危機。從益至小過，小過本教以謹慎小行。然此處之「小」非審慎之節制，而是系統性之坍塌——凡曾照耀者皆在暗淡，最勤勉之工者亦無法在光明本身熄滅之後繼續。
