九五 有孚惠心。勿問元吉。有孚惠我德。
Nine in the fifth place means: If in truth you have a kind heart, ask not. Supreme good fortune. Truly, kindness will be recognized as your virtue.

風雷益，變為未濟（火在水上）。兩人俱醉，相與悖戾——二人皆醉，互相爭吵。心乖不同，爭訟匈匈——心意相左，爭執洶洶。雙方等量之醉造成對稱之失能：誰也想不清楚，爭端自我餵養而無人仲裁。喧嘩滿耳而無解決之可能，蓋雙方同樣失去判斷力。從益至未濟，火在水上，各未得位，渡河尚未完成。增益注入兩個醉漢之爭，只是放大混亂。六十四卦之最末，一切仍懸而未決，停留在紛爭之中——正如它必然的結局。
