木上有水，井為共同建設之本。穿鑿道路——開山鑿路以通行。為君除舍——為來者清掃備好房舍。開闢福門——打開帶來福澤之門。喜在我鄰——歡喜澤及鄰里，非一家之私。此為公共基礎設施之建設：開路修舍，福澤共享。從井至歸妹（澤上有雷），雷動澤上，締結之禮。井之基建如歸妹之婚儀準備：道路既開、門庭既備，萬事齊整以迎其所歸。
